Gel Tips Extension – Application Instruction

  1. Prep the Natural Nails
    Gently file and buff the natural nails to remove shine and prepare the surface.
  2. Select the MU Tip
    Choose a Móng Úp soft gel tip that fits perfectly, sidewall to sidewall of the natural nail.
  3. Cleanse & Prime
    Cleanse the nail plate with alcohol or nail cleanser.
    Apply U-Bond Acid-Free Primer to promote strong adhesion.
  4. Position the Finger
    Place the finger on the Glam Up! Crystal Stand for stability and better control during application.
  5. Apply U-Gel
    Apply a small bead of U-Gel inside the pre-roughened area of the MU tip, ensuring the gel covers the entire contact area.
  6. Apply the Tip
    Starting at a 45° angle near the cuticle, gently press the tip downward toward the free edge.
    This helps spread the U-Gel evenly and prevents air bubbles.
  7. Flash Cure
    Hold the tip firmly and flash cure for 10–15 seconds using an LED light.
  8. Full Cure
    After all tips are applied, cure the entire hand in an LED lamp for 60 seconds.
  9. Shape & Refine
    Use a 150-grit file to shape the extension and refine the cuticle area if needed.
  10. Optional Gel Color
    Apply gel color of choice, curing fully after each coat.
  11. Finish with Top Coat
    Seal the nails with U-Shine Gel Top Coat for protection and long-lasting shine.
