Porta-eFile 90-Day Limited Warranty

Effective Date: Applies to Porta-eFile units purchased new from Móng Úp Nail System or an authorized seller.
Warranty Period: 90 days from the original retail purchase date (the “Warranty Period”).

What This Warranty Covers

During the Warranty Period, Móng Úp Nail System warrants that the Porta-eFile will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

What We Will Do

If a covered defect occurs during the Warranty Period, we will:

• Repair the Porta-eFile, or

• Replace it with the same model or a comparable equivalent, or

Repaired or replaced units may be new or refurbished and will be warranted for the remainder of the original 90-day Warranty Period.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic wear, scratches, discoloration)

• Consumables/accessories, such as: sanding bands, bits, mandrels, collets/chucks, dust filters, cases, or other attachments

• Damage from misuse, abuse, drops/impact, liquid exposure, water damage, excessive dust ingestion, or improper storage

• Damage from incorrect voltage, power surges, non-approved chargers/adapters, or improper charging habits

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, tampering, or using non-approved parts

• Purchases from unauthorized sellers, secondhand sales, or “as-is”/clearance items marked non-warranted (if applicable)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, contact us with:

• Order number or proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)

• Serial number (if applicable)

• A brief description of the issue and photos/video showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions. We may require the unit to be returned for inspection.

Shipping & Handling

• You are responsible for shipping the unit to us.

• We will cover the return shipping for approved warranty repairs/replacements (or provide an alternative solution), unless otherwise stated at the time of approval.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• This warranty is your exclusive remedy.

• Móng Úp Nail System is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of use, or salon/client costs, even if advised of the possibility.
