At Mong Up Nail System, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Return Policy

Due to the health and safety, Mong Up “DO NOT” accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders.

Except they have defected from the manufacturer.

Exchanges only under these circumstances:

  • Missing products from the orders
  • Received damaged items
  • Manufacture defects

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All gel and primer products
  • Opened or used items

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@mongup.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Ship Your Item: Package the item securely and include your proof of purchase. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • If your original order included free shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account after processing.

Partial Refunds:

  • In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mongup.com.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@mongup.com and send your item to the address provided in the exchange authorization email.
